Detail explanations

The registration process consists of 5 steps. This page is the first of those 5 steps. If these 5 steps was not completed before select the link <CLICK HERE> provided at the top of the page. This will ask you to log on to the system. You should log on with your email address (as the username) and password provided on this page before. You will be taken to the step of the registration process where you left off. From there you can continue the registration process.

All fields on this form are required. You will have to type the email address in twice. The two strings will have to be the same.  This is done to ensure that you did not make a mistake the first time. The email address field is NOT case sensitive. Select the service you want to register for. By default the "Complete System" is selected. If you register for any other option and later want to register for another service you will only be able  to upgrade (with the same username) to the complete system at the full price for the complete system. The Rental Rates queries and properties will be added to what you had before. As an example lets assume you registered for Rental Rates before and got 50 queries. You have used up 30 and now have 20 left. When you upgrade now to the complete system this 20 will be added to whatever Rental Rates we are including in the full system.

Finally click the Next Step button to take you to step 2 of the registration process.

Additional tips for maximum use

If you have more than one email address available use the shortest one to register with as you will need to type it in every time you log onto the system.
